Our office provides multiple payment options for the $65.00 Application Fee.

Zelle

Zelle is a free payment network that allows you to send money instantly from a U.S. bank account. It is integrated into most major banking apps.

• To send a payment, log in to your banking app, and enter our Zelle ID or QR Code.
• Zelle ID: tenants@luporealestate.com
• Pay with Zelle ID or QR Code

Credit Card Payment

Credit card payments are processed through Stripe.

• Pay with Credit Card

Cashiers Check or Money Order

If paying with certified funds please coordinate payment with Listing Agent.

• Cashiers Checks and Money Order must be made payable to Lupo Real Estate Corp.
• Cash Payments are not accepted.
