Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Credit Score above 630 with no collections, past due balances, bankruptcies.
• No previous foreclosures, evictions, or any other adverse credit history.
• Satisfactory analysis of Income and Expenses.
• Satisfactory review of Employment History.
• Satisfactory review of Residence History.
